With over 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, specifically in customer service, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. My extensive experience in this field has likely equipped me with a deep understanding of customer needs, effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to deliver exceptional service which brought me to earLAB. When I am not at work you will see me exploring the city and attending events, I also have a love for animals and travelling. I also have a passion for learning languages, I am fluent in English and Spanish and some knowledge of Portuguese and Italian. Currently I am learning Turkish.
