The earLAB Team

Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in the hearing industry and a background in classical music as a pianist, double bassist, and jazz enthusiast, I understand the critical importance of ear hygiene and care and prevetnion of hearing from noise damage. Trained in aural microsuction in the UK, I currently serve as the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Manager for earLAB, leading operations to introduce our innovative, syringe-free ear care method across Melbourne. In this role, I drive business growth through strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, and oversee the distribution of ACS products in Australia and New Zealand. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, traveling, outdoor activities, exploring new restaurants, and baking, cooking, and gardening.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science with Honours in Anatomy and Physiology, alongside a Masters of Clinical Audiology. With a personal experience in hearing loss, I have a unique perspective on audiology and helping those with hearing loss. I joined earLAB so I can use my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in people's lives. Some great ways to relax and recharge outside of work, I enjoy playing piano, painting, listening to music, reading and spending time with family and friends.

I am a dedicated and compassionate audiologist with a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Clinical Audiology. My experience in adult rehabilitation sparked a deep passion for helping people protect and preserve their hearing. earLAB's mission to reduce hearing loss and promote ear health resonates strongly with my values and professional goals. Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, exploring nature, and spending quality time with my family.

I'm an Audiologist with a Bachelor's in Public Health Science and a Master's in Clinical Audiology. My work in hearing rehabilitation has highlighted the profound effects of hearing loss on individuals and their families. That's why I'm passionate about being part of earLAB where we emphasise proactive approaches to hearing health. Beyond my profession, I'm a food enthusiast who loves cooking and exploring new culinary experiences. I also enjoy watching movies, playing tennis, and planning my next travel adventures.

I’m Sharon, a Clinical Audiologist. After several years in the field, I found myself seeking a role that offered more balance and a deeper sense of purpose and that’s exactly what I discovered at earLAB. I’m proud to be part of a team that prioritises prevention, meaningful client care, and a genuinely thoughtful approach to hearing health. It’s exciting to contribute to something being built with both heart and intention. Outside of work, I love traveling, going to concerts, and spending quality time with family and friends. I’m also the youngest of three siblings, which might explain why I’ve become such a good listener (most of the time!).

I’m an audiologist with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Clinical Audiology. I love educating others on preventing and managing hearing loss to support lifelong hearing health. I joined earLAB because their mission aligns with my professional goals and my passion for audiology. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, dancing, exploring new eateries, and getting lost in a good book.

I come from an aviation background which gives away my love for travel and adventure. This, along with my enjoyment of music and events, has always kept me aware of the importance of ear care. This path has led me to earLAB where I'm excited to be a friendly and caring part of the team. Other times, I can be found wandering around to say hello to all of the neighbourhood dogs.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and have over five years of experience in human resources and administration. My passion for collaboration and delivering exceptional customer experiences eventually led me to earLAB. As an extrovert, I thrive on social interactions and enjoy spending time with family and friends. During my alone time, I like to tidy up my place while listening to good music or singing along. Additionally, I love traveling, exploring new cafes, and people-watching.
