Coronavirus, or COVID-19, is spreading around the world, it is up to all of us to slow the spread of COVID-19. To do this, everyone must practice social distancing and avoid social gatherings. Please note that information is changing at a rapid rate so make sure to stay up to date with information about keeping yourself and people around you safe.

We also must protect staff who work in the same suite, so we ask you to read these guidelines carefully if you have any questions before visiting our office please get in touch.

We are taking all reasonable steps to mitigate the risk of virus transmission within our premises between clients and staff and following Department of Health Guidelines.


  • We will refuse service to customers without face coverings. Unless there is a lawful reason for not wearing a face covering as published by the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services. “The ‘No Mask, No Service’ policy will help ensure our businesses can remain open and safely serve customers
  • Encouraging clients to wash their hands when arriving/leaving the clinic
  • Encouraging handwashing for staff at regular intervals throughout the day
  • Limit staff opportunities to talk with one anothers
  • use of surgical masks and other protective equipment
  • limit the number of family and friends coming with each client for their appointments
  • one parent/guardian to enter the office at a time when a child's appointment is made
  • the number of chairs in the waiting room has decreased as they are now spaced further apart to enable social distancing
  • Room cleaning of contact surfaces e.g. EFTPOS machine after each client and treatment chairs

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms such as fever and cough, shortness of breath or sore throat and have recently travelled overseas, have been in contact with someone who has Coronavirus (COVID-19), or believe you may be at risk, please do not come into the clinic. Please refrain from coming into our clinic until you have received a medical clearance, or waited the mandatory 14 days self-isolation period.
